  • Studio time includes setup, recording and retakes. The price covers the studio, light, sound, an operator, a teleprompter, filming and basic editing.

  • Basic editing: removing failed takes and long pauses, switching angles, sound processing, colour correction, the speaker's name title, the logo, up to 10 ready slides and one revision round of up to 1 h of editor time.

  • One prepared speaker and one set per package; you provide the text and the presentation. Script, complex graphics, subtitles and live streaming are paid separately, agreed in advance.

  • Series: 5% off from 5 episodes and 10% off from 10, recorded in blocks with a unified design.

How a session works

    Send the date, how many episodes you plan, how long each one runs and how many cameras you want.

    Prepare the text and slides

    You bring the text and the presentation. A series is recorded in blocks, with a unified design.

    Record and get the edit

    The operator films, with setup and retakes inside the studio time. You get the edited lesson, with one revision round.

All questions

How do I book a session?

Message us on WhatsApp, call +371 2644 2472 or email hello@balticpodcaststudio.com. Tell us the date, the format and how many people will be on the mic, and we confirm the slot and the price. On WhatsApp we reply within a few hours.

Which languages do you work in?

Latvian, Russian and English. Write or call in whichever of the three suits you.

What equipment does the studio have?

Five 4K cameras (4 + 1: a camera per guest plus a wide shot), professional microphones, professional lighting, a teleprompter, a grey backdrop with RGB lighting in any colour, and a preparation and make-up zone. A chroma-key green screen is set up on request.

Do you take a deposit, and do you issue invoices?

We take no deposit to hold a booking. We do issue invoices, so you can pay by invoice.

Can I cancel or move my booking?

Yes, free of charge. The one exception is a large planned order paid in advance that books other people's time: you can move its date once for free, and if you move it again, the prepayment is forfeited.

What format do I get the files in?

In any format you need. Usually it is MP4 (H.264), with the bitrate set on request to suit the resolution.
